Registration and payment
Your registration is not finalised until the payment for your course fee has been received. Please make all transfers by bank. You will be asked to transfer the course fee before the course begins.

Discounts and deadlines
Reduced early-bird fees or discounted course fees for loyal clients must be paid by the due dates.

'Membership' of group courses
There is a maximum number of participants per group. You are buying a place in a group for the duration of the course (dates as advertised).

Group lessons missed due to illness
If you are ill and miss a lesson, I will do my best to help you catch up with the work missed. However, unfortunately no refunds can be given for lessons missed due to business trips, illness, etc.

Exceptional circumstances
In cases of long-term health or financial problems, refunds may be given at the discretion of EnglishTeacher.lt.

Individual Tuition & Cancelled Lessons
Students studying individually can benefit from a more flexible approach. You can cancel 24 hours in advance ('Cancelled with notice' or CWN) with no penalty (up to a maximum of 25% of the agreed course dates). These lessons would be re-arranged at a mutually convenient time (within the original course dates or within the grace period added onto the end of the contract). If you cancel with less than 24 hours' notice, the lesson is 'Cancelled Late' (CL) and lost. Of course, it is possible to plan our initial schedule around any business trips / holidays you already know about.

If for any reason, the course cannot go ahead as advertised, you will be offered a refund or credit note. In case of your teacher being ill, makeup lessons will be offered at a mutually convenient time, preferably within the course dates.

In return, I promise to do my best to help you improve your English by exposing you to the expressions and structures you need to communicate more effectively. I'll also try and make it fun!

This is also my livelihood, so to avoid any misunderstandings, I have put together these Terms & Conditions to avoid any potential future misunderstandings. They might sound a bit harsh. In practice, I will be as flexible as my timetable and circumstances allow.
