INTENSIVE FORMAT Short Course - Academic IELTS Preparation (for those aiming for bands 6-8). Practise before you take the test. Your 'level' of English may not change after this course but your exam technique certainly will. Know what to expect and learn about common mistakes in the IELTS exam. You will be given lots of listening and reading practice. In class you will speak individually and in small groups. Expect a lot of writing for homework so you can get personal feedback on your strengths and weaknesses. Please note that this course follows an intensive format with lessons from 15.30 until 17.20. You should also allow a minimum of 3 hours per week for homework tasks. There is no lesson on November 1. Mondays/Wednesdays 16.15-17.45 at Gedimino 28/2-708. Take the exam in November to get the results back well in time for your UCAS applications. |
