Please read the terms and conditions of courses. I aim for 1000% client satisfaction and aim to be as flexible as humanly possible, however, here is the small print!

For group courses, you are paying for the whole course block and your place in the group. Therefore, if you can not attend the whole course, you still need to pay the whole course fee. If you know in advance that you will be away, please let me know and I will do my best to give you the materials you will miss.

Course fees are non refundable. In cases when I can still fill the place in the group that you have bought, a refund may be given - this is at the discretion of EnglishTeacher.lt

For individual courses, you can cancel the day before your class (by 5pm) and the class is CWN = cancelled with notice. This lesson can be made up within the agreed course period. There is a limit to the number of times you can CWN within the contract period, usually 10%, after which the lesson counts as if it has been taught. To postpone your lesson, please call or SMS +370 685 47780 as I may not be able to read emails during the day while teaching.

If you cancel your lesson on the day it is due to take place, I have prepared for the lesson and reserved the time for you so you lose the lesson as it is CL = cancelled late.
